New Student Registration

We are always excited to welcome new students! Our office is open Monday - Thursday from 7:00AM-4:00PM for you to stop in and register. To enroll your child please bring the following with you to register:

• Proof of age (birth certificate)
• Immunizations / short records

• Proof of residency (must be 1 of the following: mortgage, lease, deed, rental agreement, property tax bill, or closing disclosure statement)

You will follow the other forms out with us in the office or print the packet out linked on this page to the right to have them done prior to your visit:
